  3. Pack It Up: Repack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) or a suitable box. Attach the return label securely.

  4. Ship It Back: Drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve received and processed your return.


Refund Methods and Timeframes

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
